1. Data We Collect
Personal Info: Name, Email, Phone Number (for login).
Biometric Data: Your reference selfie is used strictly to create a face template for matching.
Event Data: Attendance records, race times, and uploaded photos.
2. How We Use Biometric Data
We use facial recognition solely to find your photos within event albums. Your face template is NOT shared with third parties, advertisers, or other users. You can delete your face data at any time by deleting your account.
3. Photo Visibility
Public Events: Photos from public events (marathons, etc.) may be viewable by other attendees.
Private Albums: If an organizer marks an album as private, only authorized attendees can search it.
4. Third-Party Services
We use secure cloud providers (AWS/Google Cloud) to store data. We use analytics tools (like PostHog/Google Analytics) to improve app performance. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"). Email privacy@logit.co.in to exercise these rights.
