1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Logit (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an event organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Facial Recognition & Photos
Logit uses facial recognition technology to identify athletes in event photos.
For Athletes: By uploading a reference selfie, you grant us permission to scan event albums to find matches.
For Organizers: You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload event photography and grant Logit a license to process these images for distribution.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights. Attempting to scrape data, falsify attendance records, or manipulate leaderboards will result in immediate ban.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee it. Logit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost photos or data.
5. Free & Paid Services
Core features of Logit are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. You will be notified before any charges apply to your account.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
